 Primary care at Arataki PHO

Hybrid care: Arataki PHO represents modern primary care through innovative hybrid models that seamlessly blend traditional face-to-face consultations with cutting-edge digital health solutions. Telehealth capabilities enable virtual consultations, whilst effectively managing acute care demand and freeing up valuable clinical time for complex cases.

Multidisciplinary teams: Contemporary primary care extends beyond the traditional doctor-patient relationship to embrace much wider multidisciplinary teams. This includes nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, social workers, health improvement practitioners and health coaches. This wider care team approach ensures holistic, patient-centred care delivery, where you get the right professional to meet your needs.
